This policy applies to all products and services from Oneil Coaching Extra Ltd. It does not affect your statutory rights.
14-Day Right to Cancel: You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have 14 days to return the item.
Condition: Items must be returned unused, unmarked, and in their original condition.
Refunds: We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the goods back. We do not charge "processing fees" for statutory returns.
Immediate Access Waiver: By logging into the course portal or downloading materials, you give express consent to begin the service immediately and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right to a refund.
Unaccessed Courses: If you have not yet accessed the digital content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Statutory Window: You have a 14-day refund window from the booking date.
Early Start Request: If your session is within these 14 days, you expressly request the service to begin early. Any refund will be less a proportionate cost for work already performed.
Rescheduling (Limit: One Per Session): You may reschedule a session once free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late Cancellations: Requests made within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable. Once a session is rescheduled once, it becomes final.
Notice Period: Due to venue logistics, in-person sessions require minimum 7 days’ notice to reschedule.
Non-Refundable Expenses: If you cancel an in-person booking, any non-refundable costs we have incurred (e.g., room hire, travel) will be deducted from your refund, even within the 14-day window.
B2B Status: Services purchased by organisations or for professional purposes are treated as Business-to-Business (B2B). Statutory consumer cooling-off periods do not apply.
Work Commencement: Work begins immediately upon receipt of your deposit or signed agreement. Cancellations are subject to charges for all hours worked and bespoke documents already drafted.
Third-Party Costs: Any fees, charges, or expenses incurred with third-party providers on your behalf are non-refundable once they have been submitted, committed, or charged. These costs remain the responsibility of the Client and will not be refunded or waived in the event of cancellation, regardless of the notice period given.
Coaching and administrative support are NOT a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental health, medical, or financial professionals. Clients are responsible for their own wellbeing and should seek independent guidance. Oneil Coaching Extra Ltd accepts no liability for the rejection of charity applications by third-party regulators.
